1. Creating an Outbound Payment
Send the beneficiary's name, IBAN and address. kind tells the bank whether the beneficiary is a
Person or a Business; add swift (the beneficiary bank's BIC) for payments outside SEPA.

}If the balance is too low, the response is 422. Status changes after creation are reported by
webhook.
2. Maker-Checker Approvals
If a four-eyes policy covers the amount, the payment is created as
pending_approval and its approval_progress shows the approvals so far (for example 1/2).
Other users approve or reject it, each once; when it has enough approvals it moves to
ready_to_release and is sent:
